This morning we had two guests, George Nun from the Chilliwack Civil Air Search and Rescue and Judy B, who was keeping Barry B in line. Welcome Guests!
We were to hear from George today, and we did briefly, but due to some technical difficulties he is coming back next week to give his whole presentation with visual aids. We look forward to welcoming George again on November 13, along with our wonderful Key Club members.

Club Updates and Informational Pieces:

• Kiwanis Soup Kitchen runs on November 10
  • Last week Soup Kitchen served 162 clients
  • Remeberance Day service and ceremonies are on Sunday, please take the time to Remember Them
• 4-H Awards night, attended by Sheila, our long and storied history with 4-H was celebrated.
• Peter brought in the photos and plans that we were given by the School District for all our scholarship winners, we hope their post-secondary studies are going well!
• Salvation Army kettles starts on November 17, the Sardis Kiwanis Club will be doing Kettles on November 24
• Key Clubs are bagging at Superstore for donations on November 17
  
• ORN - nights of service are coming quickly, and yes cannabis impaired count too
• Kids Christmas Party

• Trying something NEW, the last meeting of the month will be a roundtable in the AM, we will meet at the Jolly Miller at 6:30 for an evening social, so for November 27, the AM meeting will be a roundtable and we will see you at the Jolly Miller.
• Bahath calendars are for sale, check out the Super Reader shirts that feature in the calendar, the dinner fundraiser is coming up in April.
